| Bronze Levels
Level 1:
Complete the Onboarding Slide:
-Select the Others tab on the eXtra app
-Select the Onboarding Guide page
-Read the guide by scrolling through each message and click Finish when you are done
Level 2:
Turn on Push Notifications:
-Locate the Settings app on your mobile device
-Click on the Notification Settings for your device
-Find the eXtra app in the notification settings and make sure all notification settings are enabled (you may have to turn them off and back on again)
-Restart the app by closing it entirely and re-opening it
Read an Inbox Notification for the First Time:
-Locate the notification bell in the upper right hand corner of the app home screen
-By clicking on the bell you can access your inbox
-From here you can read your notifications
Read a Newsletter Entry for the First Time:
-Locate the notification bell in the upper right hand corner of the app home screen
-After clicking on the bell, select the Newsletter tab at the top of your screen
-From here you can read our newsletters
View Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy:
-Select the Others tab on the eXtra app
-Select the About section
-From here, click on General Terms and Conditions
-Here, you can read our core legal content
Level 3:
Successfully Complete Your First Transaction:
-Make your first purchase of Bosch branded or our participating partners' auto parts
View Points History for the First Time:
-To find your points history, first select the Others tab
-Select the Account button
-From your account, select View History where you can see all of the points you have earned
View a Promotion for the First Time:
-To view your first promotion, go to the Home tab on the eXtra app
-Use the scroll arrows to locate a promotion you are interested in participating in and click on Read More

Level 4:
Read FAQs for the First Time:
-Select the Others tab
-Click on About
-Click on FAQs
View Our Awards Catalog for the First Time:
-Select the Rewards tab on the eXtra app
-From there, you will be taken to our awards catalog through an external link
-From here, you can browse our selection of rewards
Level 5:
Join a Promotion for the First Time:
-To participate in a promotion, simply purchase the required parts to recieve your points
Redeem a Coupon for the First Time:
-Select the Others tab on the eXtra app
-Click Coupon
-Enter the coupon code and press Redeem
-Upon reaching level 5, you will receive an email from eXtra with a coupon code that you can use
Level 6:
Participate in a Quiz:
-Go to the Home tab on the eXtra app
-Use the arrows to locate a quiz you are interested in participating in and click on Read More
-Select Join this Promotion and complete the quiz to earn your points
Refer a Workshop to the eXtra Program for the First Time:
-To find your referral code, go to the Others tab on the eXtra app and select the Referral section
-To complete this mission, share your referral code with another workshop who wants to join the eXtra promotion
-You will receive their points if they use your referral code during their registration process |
